    1. Who We Are

    RecKit (reckit.io) is operated by Nikola Pavurdzhiev, a sole entrepreneur based in the European Union. We build premium websites and provide free tools for recruitment professionals.

    2. What Data We Collect

    Contact and lead data

    When you submit a form or use a free tool, we may collect:

    • Email address
    • Full name
    • Company name
    • Job title
    • LinkedIn profile URL
    • Message content

    Tool inputs

    Our free tools ask you to enter text, URLs, or answer questionnaires. This input may include professional or business information depending on what you type. AI-powered tools transmit your inputs to a third-party AI service for processing (see Section 4).

    Collected automatically when you visit the site:

    • IP address
    • Browser type and version
    • Device type
    • Pages visited and time spent
    • Referring URL

    4. Third-Party Processors

    We share data with the following service providers to operate our site and tools:

    • Supabase stores form submissions and lead data in a secure database. Data may be processed in the US or EU.
    • OpenRouter is an AI gateway that routes inputs from AI-powered tools to model providers. Your tool inputs are sent to OpenRouter for processing.
    • Anthropic, OpenAI, Google are AI model providers that receive tool inputs via OpenRouter to generate outputs. Their own data processing terms apply.
    • Google PageSpeed Insights API receives website URLs you submit to our Recruitment Website Grader tool for performance analysis.
    • Vercel hosts this website and collects operational request logs (IP address, request headers, page metrics). Vercel Analytics is privacy-first and does not use cookies.
    • Google Analytics (GA4) collects anonymized traffic data via cookies, only after you give consent. See our Cookie Policy.
    • Resend receives your name and email address to send contact form confirmation emails.

    We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

    Important: When using AI-powered tools, do not submit sensitive personal data about third parties, such as candidate names, identification numbers, or health information, into any tool input field.

    5. International Data Transfers

    Several processors listed above are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA to these processors are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent adequacy mechanisms under GDPR Article 46.

    6. Data Retention

    We retain lead and contact form data for up to two years from your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Analytics data retention is governed by Google Analytics' own retention settings.

    7. Your Rights

    Under GDPR, you have the right to:

    • Access the personal data we hold about you
    • Rectify inaccurate data
    • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
    • Restrict processing in certain circumstances
    • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
    • Port your data to another service

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) at www.cpdp.bg.

    9. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
