    These Terms of Service govern your use of reckit.io and all free tools provided on the site. RecKit is operated by Nikola Pavurdzhiev, a sole entrepreneur based in the European Union.

    This site is intended for recruitment professionals and business users. By using this site you confirm you are accessing it in a professional or business capacity.

    2. Use of Free Tools

    Our free tools are provided as-is and free of charge. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, or fitness of any output for any particular HR, recruitment, or business purpose.

    AI-generated outputs are starting points for your own work, not professional or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking responsibility for any content you use or publish based on tool outputs.

    3. AI Processing Disclosure

    Several of our tools use artificial intelligence to generate outputs. By using these tools, you acknowledge that:

    • Your inputs are transmitted to OpenRouter, a third-party AI gateway, and processed by external AI model providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google).
    • You must not submit sensitive personal data about third parties into any tool input, including candidate names, identification numbers, health information, or any data that could be used to identify an individual.
    • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context. Use them as a starting point only.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use this site or tools for any unlawful purpose
    • Submit discriminatory, abusive, or offensive content into any tool
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the site or its tools
    • Submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, design, branding, and code on reckit.io is owned by RecKit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without written permission.

    AI-generated outputs produced by our tools are provided to you under a broad license for your own professional use. RecKit makes no intellectual property warranties about AI-generated content, as the terms of the underlying model providers govern what rights exist in model outputs.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, RecKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of this site or its tools, including any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

    Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed EUR 100.

    Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any statutory rights under your local law that cannot be waived by contract.

    8. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
